In terms of its appearance and apparent function, this site resembles Al Bidya Tomb 2. It consists of a circular structure measuring 20–22 metres in diameter, with walls averaging 120 cm in thickness. There is also evidence of a second circular wall.
The site is located a short distance southeast of Al Bidya Tomb 1, within the modern Islamic cemetery. It has not been excavated because modern Islamic graves cover most of its remains.
The site is easily identifiable due to its elevated position above the surrounding plain and the prominent stones projecting above ground level. Remains of a stone boundary wall surround it on the western and southern sides.
