Dhadna Tomb

The Dhadna Tomb was discovered by chance during the excavation of a trench for laying an electrical cable between houses. Various archaeological finds, including pottery fragments, were uncovered. Following a rescue excavation conducted by the local team of the Fujairah Heritage and Antiquities Department, the site was identified as a collective burial tomb consisting of two chambers. Based on a comparison of the archaeological finds and the tomb’s shape and construction techniques, it was dated to the second millennium BC.
