About Us
The Ministry of Culture’s annual Summer Programme offers a rich cultural and creative experience that combines learning, exploration and hands-on practice. Delivered in collaboration with Sandooq Al Watan, alongside a number of cultural and community organisations, creatives and specialists.
Participants can choose from a range of specialised cultural and artistic spaces, including:
- Theatre and Performance Arts
- Visual Arts
- Traditional Crafts
- Library and Creative Writing
- Traditional Performing Arts
In addition, to complementary workshops in:
- Al Sanaa (Emirati Values and Etiquette)
- Arabic Language
- Quran Recitation (Tajweed)
These interactive experiences combine knowledge with practical application, enabling participants to explore their interests, strengthen their creative abilities and build confidence in a stimulating learning environment.

Goals

Instil the values of UAE national identity and etiquette among children and youth.

The programme also contributes to preparing participants for the future by broadening their horizons, building their capabilities and strengthening their cultural identity, in line with the UAE's vision of investing in future generations and empowering them to thrive.

Summer Programme offers a range of cultural and creative activities, organised in collaboration with Sandooq Al Watan and a selection of cultural and community institutions, along with a group of talented individuals who participate as experts and specialists in their respective fields.
