Reading Month 2026 is a school-wide initiative for Grades 6-12 led by the English Department in support of the national campaign "The UAE Reads" and aligned with the Year of the Family. The program promotes reading as a meaningful shared activity between students and their families, aiming to strengthen literacy, communication skills, and school-home partnerships. Through weekly themed activities-including DEAR sessions, family reading tasks, creative responses, and reflection celebrations-students are encouraged to engage actively with reading both at school and at home. The initiative focuses on improving reading comprehension, critical thinking, student well-being , and parental involvement while building a sustainable reading culture across the school community.
