His Excellency Dr. Issa Al Hammadi, Director of the Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah, is delivering a training session for Heads of Arabic Departments—both for native and non-native speakers—as well as male and female teachers, on the concept of Creative Reading, employing the Center’s special publication bearing the same title.
