Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture & Youth in a meeting with H.E. Dr. Mudaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri, Iraqi Ambassador to the UAE and Mubarak Al Nakhi Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, discussed ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations in the cultural & creative fields, to serve the common interests of the two countries.
