Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture & Youth, in a virtual meeting with HE Hassan Nadhem, Iraqi Minister of Culture, discussed cultural cooperation between the two brotherly countries, and future joint initiatives, in addition to the significant progress of 'Revive the Spirit of Mosul' project.
