در الستين – صيف

دَرّ الستين هو سادس درور الصيف في التقويم الموسمي التقليدي عند أهل البر والبحر، ويمتد تقريباً من 22 أبريل إلى 1 مايو. ويُعد هذا الدَرّ مرحلة انتقالية دقيقة، تبدأ فيها حرارة الصيف بالترسخ تدريجياً، مع بقاء لمسات من البرودة الخفيفة التي تُحس في ساعات الصباح الباكر. وفي هذا التوقيت تبدأ نجوم الثريا بالميلان نحو الأفق الغربي بعد غروب الشمس، إيذاناً بدخول فترة “كنّة الثريا”، وهي من الفترات الموسمية المعروفة بتغيراتها المناخية وبدايات التحول نحو القيظ. ويرتبط هذا الدَرّ في الموروث الشعبي بما يُسمى “برد البرم”، وهو برودة خفيفة تتزامن مع ازدهار أشجار السمر المعروفة بالبرم، في مشهد يعكس تداخل الظواهر الفلكية مع البيئية. ويُعد درّ الستين أيضاً من مواسم بدايات نضج بعض الثمار الصيفية مثل البطيخ والشمام، كما يشهد تحسناً في الثروة البحرية، حيث تسمن بعض الأسماك مثل الكنعد والبدح، ويكثر وجود “الحبل” أو بيض السمك، الذي يُستخرج خصوصاً من أسماك البدح ويُجفف للاستفادة منه. ويُصنف هذا الدَرّ ضمن منظومة المعرفة البيئية التقليدية التي اعتمد عليها المجتمع الإماراتي في فهم دورة المواسم وربط النجوم بالنباتات والبحر والغذاء.

This element represents part of the social and cultural history of the community, enhancing its value as a distinctive component of local or national identity.

Continuity and Intergenerational Transmission: The element is passed from one generation to the next, either orally through stories, songs, and narratives, or practically through training and hands-on practice. This living process ensures the element’s survival and development over time, while maintaining its connection to its cultural roots.

Preserving the Element within the Living Community Context: The element derives its value from being actively practiced in people’s daily lives or within their rituals and social occasions. Preserving the element does not mean freezing it in time, but rather supporting it to continue in its original environment, while respecting its natural evolution within the community context.

Highlighting Cultural Diversity and Multiple Identities within the UAE:* The element reflects the variety of cultural and social backgrounds in the country, showing how differences in origins, dialects, and customs can integrate to form a unified and rich fabric. It contributes to highlighting tolerance and plurality, and enhances a deeper understanding of the diverse identities within a single nation.

Local Artistic or Technical Creativity: The element embodies creativity that originated from the local environment, whether in the materials used, methods of performance, or design patterns. This creativity may have developed collectively, reflecting how people interact with their surroundings and respond to their needs in an innovative way that expresses collective intelligence.
