هو نباتٌ عشبيٌّ كالسّمسم، لونُه ضاربٌ إلى الصّفارِ، تغطّي ثمرَهُ غددٌ حُمْرٌ، يُعطي البشرةَ نعومةً ورِقَّة، وتكونُ هناكَ خلطاتٌ خاصّة تُجهّزُ لليلةِ الزّفافِ توضَعُ في شعرِ العروس، وهي عبارةٌ عن مجموعةٍ من الزّيوتِ العطريَّة، وتُسمّى «الياس» أو البضاعة
