المجدمي

هو الشخص اللذي يقدم في العمل في مقدمة الغوص قديماً. كان بمثابة اليد اليمنى للقائد، يساعده في تنظيم العمل بين البحارة والغواصين. من مهامه التأكد من توزيع الأدوار، ضبط النظام على ظهر السفينة، ومتابعة سير العمل اليومي. المجدمي يعرف أسماء الغواصين، ويتابع حضورهم وأدائهم، ويُحسب عليه ضبط الوقت في بداية ونهاية الغوص. مكانته عالية بين البحارة لأنه الوسيط بينهم وبين النوخذة. فإذا كان هناك طلب أو شكوى من البحارة، يرفعها المجدمي إلى النوخذة. كذلك، كان يشجع البحارة ويحمّسهم، وأحياناً يقود الأناشيد البحرية لإزالة التعب. شخصيته تحتاج أن تكون قوية وصبورة، لأنه يتعامل مع بحارة متعبين وظروف صعبة. المجدمي يمثل نموذجاً للقيادة الوسطى على السفينة، وهو حلقة الوصل بين القيادة والبحارة. هذا الدور ساعد على تنظيم رحلات الغوص، وحفظ النظام بين عشرات البحارة على ظهر السفينة.

Continuity and Intergenerational Transmission: The element is passed from one generation to the next, either orally through stories, songs, and narratives, or practically through training and hands-on practice. This living process ensures the element’s survival and development over time, while maintaining its connection to its cultural roots.
