الكندورة زيّ تقليدي نسائي إماراتي فضفاض يشبه الفستان أو الجلابية، يُخاط من مختلف أنواع الأقمشة. تُلبس الكندورة القطنية الخفيفة في الحياة اليومية، أما في الأعراس فتُخاط من أقمشة لامعة ثمينة وتُسمى "كندورة حشمة"، وتُزين بخيوط التلي الذهبية أو الفضية المطرزة على الأكمام والرقبة، مما يعكس الذوق الجمالي والهوية الإماراتية.
