الصفري

الصفري هو موسم فلكي ومناخي معروف في التراث الإماراتي و العربي، و هو أول المواسم، يبدأ مع بعد طلوع سهيل ، عادة في أواخر أغسطس ويستمر حتى منتصف أكتوبر، وفي حساب الدرور تعد المائة الاولى كلها مائة الصفري، يُعد من الفترات الانتقالية بين الصيف والخريف، ويتميز بارتفاع درجات الحرارة نهارًا واعتدالها ليلًا، وارتفاع الرطوبة، مع نشاط الرياح وتغيرات في البحر. خلال الصفري، تزداد اضطرابات البحر وتقل الأسماك في المياه الضحلة، مما يدفع الصيادين لتغيير مواقع الصيد أو التوقف مؤقتًا. كما يُلاحظ تغير في سلوك الإبل والطيور، ويُستخدم الصفري لتحديد مواسم الزراعة، خاصة في المناطق الداخلية. تاريخيًا، كان أهل البحر يتجنبون السفر خلال الصفري بسبب الرياح العاتية، بينما كان أهل البر يراقبون تغيرات النباتات مثل السدر والسمر و الرمث . يُعد الصفري من المواسم التي تعكس دقة المعرفة الشعبية في رصد الطبيعة، ويُستخدم في الأمثال والحكايات الشعبية. من العناصر المادية المرتبطة به: أدوات الصيد، السفن، ملابس الغوص، مواقع المغاصات، وأماكن الرسو.

Geographical or Cultural Specificity: The element is characterized by its association with a specific geographic area or cultural group within the country, giving it a unique identity that distinguishes it from other practices. This element represents part of the social and cultural history of the community, enhancing its value as a distinctive component of local or national identity.

Continuity and Intergenerational Transmission: The element is passed from one generation to the next, either orally through stories, songs, and narratives, or practically through training and hands-on practice. This living process ensures the element’s survival and development over time, while maintaining its connection to its cultural roots.

Preserving the Element within the Living Community Context: The element derives its value from being actively practiced in people’s daily lives or within their rituals and social occasions. Preserving the element does not mean freezing it in time, but rather supporting it to continue in its original environment, while respecting its natural evolution within the community context.

Highlighting Cultural Diversity and Multiple Identities within the UAE:* The element reflects the variety of cultural and social backgrounds in the country, showing how differences in origins, dialects, and customs can integrate to form a unified and rich fabric. It contributes to highlighting tolerance and plurality, and enhances a deeper understanding of the diverse identities within a single nation.

Local Artistic or Technical Creativity: The element embodies creativity that originated from the local environment, whether in the materials used, methods of performance, or design patterns. This creativity may have developed collectively, reflecting how people interact with their surroundings and respond to their needs in an innovative way that expresses collective intelligence.
