Allocating one hour daily for family reading, during which family members share reading one or more books, followed by documenting the activity in a short video clip.
The initiative introduces an A6 “Reader’s Passport” system combined with structured silent reading sessions to promote a sustainable reading culture within the Institute. Students borrow books from the library, record reflections in their passport, and participate in guided classroom discussions.
Presenting a proverb from famous Arabic proverbs, and the student researches the story of the proverb.
Students participate in a language competition to enhance their skills with their families’ support, strengthening the position of the Arabic language .
The competition includes daily challenges that encourage family members to read the Holy Quran, books, and meaningful stories, then answer questions or carry out activities inspired by what they have read, thus promoting family dialogue and making reading a shared experience during the month of Ramadan.
Students recite selected or original poems after practicing with their families, enhancing confidence and expression skills.
The Immerse Education Essay Competition gives students aged 13-18 the chance to submit an essay on a question that sparks their interest.
Sending the Ramadan magazine to students to read, followed by sending a quiz based on it and selecting a group of winners.
The competition offers teachers and students the opportunity to challenge themselves in several areas, including writing without dots, spelling, and distinguishing between the nuances of word meanings. This gives participants a chance to learn and share knowledge, and it also helps strengthen their sense of belonging to the Arabic language.
