الملقمة

دلة الملقمة أو التلقيمة هي إحدى الدلال التقليدية المستخدمة في إعداد القهوة العربية، وتُعد متوسطة الحجم مقارنة ببقية أنواع الدلال المعروفة. وتؤدي هذه الدلة دورًا مهمًا في مرحلة تجهيز القهوة، حيث توضع بالقرب من النار بعد غلي البن في الدلة الكبيرة، ليتم فيها تصفية القهوة وتجهيزها للتقديم. وبعد أن تستقر القهوة داخلها وتصبح جاهزة، تُنقل أو كما يُقال محليًا “تُزل” إلى الدلة الثالثة التي تُعرف باسم “المزلة”، وهي الدلة المخصصة لصب القهوة وتقديمها للضيوف. وقد ارتبطت دلة الملقمة بعادات الضيافة الأصيلة في دولة الإمارات والخليج العربي، إذ كانت جزءًا أساسيًا من المجالس والجلسات الاجتماعية قديمًا، وما زالت حاضرة حتى اليوم في المناسبات التراثية والوطنية. كما تعكس هذه الدلة مهارة إعداد القهوة العربية وأهمية المحافظة على تفاصيلها التقليدية التي توارثتها الأجيال جيلاً بعد جيل، باعتبارها رمزًا للكرم وحسن الضيافة.

Geographical or Cultural Specificity: The element is characterized by its association with a specific geographic area or cultural group within the country, giving it a unique identity that distinguishes it from other practices. This element represents part of the social and cultural history of the community, enhancing its value as a distinctive component of local or national identity.

Continuity and Intergenerational Transmission: The element is passed from one generation to the next, either orally through stories, songs, and narratives, or practically through training and hands-on practice. This living process ensures the element’s survival and development over time, while maintaining its connection to its cultural roots.
