"المحلب" المستخدم كزينة للمرأة يتكون من بذور شجرة المحلب (الكرز البري) بعد طحنها وخلطها مع مواد أخرى مثل الزعفران والمسك والصندل وماء الورد. يُستخدم المسحوق لتزيين الوجه والجسم وكنوع من العناية الزينة فخلطةُ المحلبِ التي كانت تقومُ المرأةُ بإعدادِه في المنزل، وتعجنُه بماءِ الوردِ، ثمَّ تضعُه على صِدغَيها، تضفي للجسمِ رائحةً منعشةً وجذَّابة.
