السح مِسْمَار الركب" هو تعبير شعبي إماراتي يشير إلى قيمة التمر الغذائية العالية وفوائده في تقوية العضلات والأعصاب، ويُستخدم التمر بشكل يومي كغذاء طبيعي مقوي خصوصاً للركبة والمفاصل. يمثل هذا العنصر التراثي ارتباط المجتمع المحلي بالتمر كجزء أساسي من التغذية التقليدية.معناه أن للتمر قيمة غذائية عظيمة وهو مقوٍ للعضلات والأعصاب،و تعبير مجازي يدل على أهمية التمر كطعام.
