About Us
Winter Programme offers a range of cultural and creative activities, organised in collaboration with Sandooq Al Watan and a selection of cultural and community institutions, along with a group of talented individuals who participate as experts and specialists in their respective fields.
It is designed for participants aged from 6 years and above and aims to provide a comprehensive cultural and educational experience that helps develop their creative skills in a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
The Winter Programme is one of the Ministry of Culture’s most prominent annual initiatives. It includes a wide variety of events spanning culture, arts, and creativity, aligned with the interests of different age groups during the Winter holiday.
Taking place from 8 to 18 Dec 2025, the Winter Programme includes a diverse set of cultural and artistic activities hosted across several centres, including:
- Al Dhafra Cultural and Creative Center
- Ajman Cultural and Creative Center
- Ras Al Khaimah Cultural and Creative Center
The programme offers an integrated cultural and educational experience designed to develop participants’ creative skills in a stimulating atmosphere. Its diverse range of activities reflects the interests of young people and spans across the fields of culture, arts, and innovation.
