About the Program

The Creative Path Program is designed to support talented Emirati job seekers in the cultural and creative industries by offering access to employment and training opportunities in the private sector. This initiative aligns with the agreement signed with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis). The offerings are as detailed below:

Employment

Offering employment opportunities for job seekers in the cultural and creative sectors through collaboration with private sector companies across the UAE, with support from Nafis.

Training

Providing up to 12 months of professional, hands-on training opportunities within private sector companies for Emiratis pursuing careers in the cultural and creative fields, supported by Nafis.

Companies

The Ministry of Culture invites private companies and semi-government entities to register and offer job and training opportunities in the cultural and creative sector. This initiative contributes to supporting and developing national talents through the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) platform, in the following fields:

Cultural and natural heritage
Performing arts and celebrations
Visual arts and crafts
Books
Audio-visual and interactive media
Design and creative services
