International Travel and Mobility
Applications submitted for the International Travel and Mobility Grant are evaluated based on three main criteria. Applicants are required to provide supporting documents and materials that demonstrate their eligibility for the grant.

Grant Utilization
The grant can be utilized for costs of international participation fees, travel and accommodation for the duration of the event, or any additional costs required to support event participation such as shipping costs of artwork to be exhibited.
Requirements

The participation opportunity is from a recognized global arts organization platform

The applicant is showcasing a creative project that demonstrates artistic excellence at the local or international platform

The participation opportunity will strongly contribute to the applicant’s development and help grow the applicant’s career and will support the applicant to be able to build new audiences and networks

The participation opportunity will help promote the UAE’s cultural and creative industries to large audiences

Applicant’s background demonstrates an active contribution to the UAE’s cultural and creative industries scene and has a strong portfolio/CV and successful track record that demonstrates artistic excellence

Applicant has received the required acceptance letters required to confirm participation or invitation letters to participate
How to apply:
Applicants should provide a proof of acceptance to participate in the event, and a proof of nomination or award they will receive at the event. The participants and nominees should also provide an estimated cost of travel, a copy of the invitation letter extended to them and a letter stating that their work has been selected to be showcased or screened at the event. In case of award nominations, the awardees should provide proof of nomination or award.

- Required permits and approvals necessary to showcase their project within the participation opportunity
